- Shipping & Delivery
- At Blue Collar Guitar we offer UPS and USPS shipping. We ensure your order gets to you by using services that are tracked and provide delivery confirmation. If your order is refused at delivery, or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will extract shipping expenses and refund your money.
- Privacy
- Blue Collar Guitar does not disclose any personal information collected at our site to third parties. We protect your financial information through a secure website, which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.
- Returns
- If you receive an order and realize you don’t need it, we will gladly offer a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee (this applies to returnable items only). If the reason for the return is our error, we will refund your money. If the box appears to have been damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper immediately. Any defective parts must be reported to us by email or telephone within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of goods. Any part which in our opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer 's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Custom made guitars and pick guards are non-returnable.
- Special Order and Made to Order Items
